Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy on physical merchandise(clothing, apparel, accessories) purchased, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To POSSIBLY be eligible for an EXCHANGE to trips/bookings/flights/tours, you must be able to find a replacement who will substitute you for the duration of the trip and the activities included.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at info@langeniandlangeni.co.za. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an updated order as well as an updated itinerary if necessary. You can always contact us for any return question at info@langeniandlangeni.co.za
We DO NOT accept returns or refunds on any of our trips/bookings/flights/tours/activities/hotels as outlined in the product description unless your booking falls within the criteria for group trip cancellation as stated below.
Group Trip Cancellation
Flights
For the group trips, we purchase the flights 9 weeks prior to travel - if you cancel before this period, we are able to provide you with 80% of the fee amount paid.For the group trips, we purchase the flights 9 weeks prior to travel - if you cancel before this period, we are able to provide you with 80% of the fee amount paid.After this 9 week period, flights are non-refundable hence we encourage our travellers to take up comprehensive travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances so that they can claim for their flights from the insurer.
Activities
Activities are 80% refundable 7-days prior to the trip and after this period the activities are non-refundable.
Hotels
HotelsHotel's are refundable 72-hours prior to the trip since the hotels have strict booking terms that we endure as an agency.If cancelled before this period, we can refund 80% of the hotel fee.After this 72-hour period prior to check-in, they are non-refundable.
Refunds
If your purchase is legible for a refund as disclosed in our terms of service we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days with the amount specified at the time of your cancellation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Miscellaneous
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
